The Kids Monument is a tribute to children who have been sexually abused.
Please photograph this monument in a place that is meaningful to you as an abused child.
I will post the photos on Instagram (@FBVG) and make a world map of places where children have been abused.
During the SAAC exhibition in Het Nieuwe Domein in Sittard (till 18 May 2025), the Kids Monuments are for sale in the museumshop for 75 euro. Also, you can order them here. The price will be the same, excluding shipping costs.
Every monument is unique. The colors and shapes are different in each monument. So these pictures give no guarantee how your monument will look like. I will try to send you the available ones of your choice though.
