FBVG being very proud of her work and the whole SAAC exhibition taking space in society, to manifest the importance of sexual abuse, to exist, to be seen and heard, victims to be believed, perpetrators to be punished. More justice. Much more justice.

On July 20, the pop-up exhibition ‘This Quietness is Fake’ took place in DOOR OPEN SPACE, Amsterdam North. The theme was Breaking the Silence on Sexual Violence through Art. Six visual artists were showing their work, and participating in the panel talk. Melia Weltzien showed the documentary ‘This Quietness is Fake’, in which dancer Claudia Quaglia and FBVG talk about making art of their sexual abuse experiences. A short version of 1 minute is shown below.

On June 14, 6 small monuments of the mold had been in the kiln for the first time.

The bigger Monuments were made in an imaginary landscape by Hugo Rompa.

Between 15 and 27 of May a mold was being made for the small monuments by Bastienne Kramer.
